Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-10-27.

This policy applies to every use of Alpenware Inference, whether direct or through a marketplace. Customers must pass it on to their end users. It applies in addition to the licence and use policies of each model.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to create, request or distribute:

• sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report such content to the competent authorities.
• non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content depicting real people without consent;
• content that incites, threatens or glorifies violence or terrorism, or that provides meaningful help in producing weapons capable of mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological);
• malware, or tools or instructions for attacking systems you are not authorised to test;
• fraud, phishing, impersonation, spam or deceptive mass communication;
• harassment, or content that unlawfully discriminates against people;
• content that infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights.

You may also not use the Service:

• for practices prohibited by Art. 5 of the EU AI Act (for example social scoring, manipulative techniques, or untargeted scraping of facial images);
• for unlawful surveillance or unlawful processing of personal data;
• for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without the human oversight and safeguards the law requires;
• to present AI-generated content as human-made where disclosure is required by law.

Protecting the Service

You may not:

• attack, probe or overload our infrastructure;
• circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• share or resell API keys without our consent.

Enforcement and reporting

We do not monitor request content. If we become aware of a violation, we may suspend or terminate access and inform the competent authorities where the law requires it. Report abuse to legal@unwindly.app.
